It was really helpful to talk through my feelings and attitudes with someone who was neutral and who could challenge them in a non-confrontational and non-leading way. I feel I’ve got a better understanding of how I think and how I can improve things as a result. Thank you.
I’ve never had CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) before and Talking Therapies has helped me overcome my fear of therapy. The advice and workbooks have been very beneficial to me and I will continue to apply everything I have learned.
